Where Did Matt Freakin Blake Come From?
I formed my first agency "The Creative Rockstar" in order to fill the need for small businesses to have access to professional print and design services. After working for the big agencies, doing high profile design projects for gigantic corporations, I saw my friends and family who owned small businesses struggle with finding affordable design services that weren't garbage. So we set out to offer the same service that is available to the largest corporations, but on a scale and at a price point that would make it available to businesses of all sizes. In 2012 The Creative Rockstar merged with our family's business 'BxB Group'. Teaming with my brother and parents we formed a multi-faceted business that provided a wide array of services. Along with continuing my work with design, marketing, and printing for small and mid-sized businesses, I also acted as the marketing arm for the other divisions of BxB Group. In 2015, with one division of the company merging with another, and my desire to expand the business and focus more on SEO and website work I split from BxB Group, reforming under my personal brand "Matt Freakin Blake".

When I'm not crushing design, marketing, or web work and not busy entertaining a crowd by keeping the dance floor full... I spend time with my family. I'm married to an amazing woman, Danielle, who has been my partner in life and in business for 13 years. We have 5 kids ranging in age from 5 to 17, and they keep us very active as a family. Together we enjoy board games, fitness activities, and attending concerts. We've lived in the Fort Worth area our entire lives, and enjoy all the fun family activities that the area has. Our older kids are in high school marching band, so we enjoy football games and competitions all through the late summer and fall. My wife is a music major at TWU, and so we always have music in our house. We are a family that loves to work and play together... and I wouldn't have it any other way.
